Logistics and customs analyst
- Administration and control of customs entries (pedimentos), including validity, balances, recordkeeping, required documentation, and amendments when applicable.
- Administration of permanent and virtual imports for customers.
- Control of expense accounts for customs brokers and transportation services.
- Requesting and verifying certificates of origin and the necessary information for imported goods.
- Researching technical and commercial information on materials to ensure proper tariff classification.
- Management of customs broker operations.
- Requesting authorizations for the payment of duties and taxes.
- Coordination of material pickup and proper transportation from origin.
- Control of transportation and import costs.
- Coordination of finished goods shipments to customers (when required).
- Management of Annex 24: Automated system for foreign trade inventory control.
- General knowledge of the IMMEX program.
