As a member of the customer support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machines: preventive or corrective maintenance at customer sites, telephone and email support, diagnostics, repairs, and process development.
Profile : Training and degree in Maintenance
Good knowledge of mechanics as well as basic knowledge of electricity, electronics, IT, pneumatics, and optics.
You are proficient in reading mechanical plans and electrical diagrams, and in using measuring tools.
You are organized, independent, and proficient in IT tools (Office suite, CRM, ERP, etc.). You will be required to travel frequently (> 50%) in France and abroad: written and spoken English is essential.
