Sr. Service Engineer

As a Senior Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our technical systems and services. This position demands a strong technical background combined with excellent problem-solving skills to support our customers and internal teams effectively.

In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing complex technical issues, performing maintenance, and implementing solutions that enhance system operations. You will collaborate closely with product development, quality assurance, and customer support teams to deliver superior service and technical expertise.

Your remit

  •   To work earnestly to provide service support to customers to achieve customer delight and profitability for the company.
  • To carry out machine Installations and commissioning
  • To train customers, operators, and engineers regarding operation, preventive maintenance, etc.
  • Planned/broken down maintenance of machines under warranty as well as under AMC.
  • Follow up from time to time for payments and spare parts orders with customers.
  • To maintain customer service records/ flies etc.
  • To carry out machine Demonstration at customer end / Demo room / Exhibitions, etc.
  • Timely submission of reports as desired by seniors

Your profile

  •  Graduate in Engineering 
  • 8+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Good working experience on CNC machines, preferably in the wire harness manufacturing field.
  • Should possess good communication skills.
  •  High level of customer orientation, resilience, and teamwork
