Senior Electronic Engineer

Main Tasks:

    • Architect and design multilayer PCBs and electronic schematics using Altium Designer, focusing on signal integrity and noise immunity in industrial environments.
    • Design and optimize electrical control systems for high-speed mechanical motion, including motor drivers and sensor integration.
    • Oversee product development from conceptual block diagrams to mass production, including component selection with a focus on long-term availability and industrial grading.
    • Lead risk assessments and EMC testing to ensure equipment meets global standards, including CE, UL and international safety standards. Implement Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles.
    • Develop test jigs and automated test equipment (ATE) to validate control system functions and ensure 100% quality assurance.
    • Act as a subject matter expert, training production teams in precision wiring.

Requirement:

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering.

 

Work experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in electronic design and development, preferably within the industrial automation or semiconductor equipment industries.

Expertise and methodology

(Business knowledge, languages, MS-Office, etc.)

  • Proficiency in Microcontroller/Microprocessor systems and Analog/Digital mixed-signal design.
  • Experience with communication interfaces: SPI, I2C, RS232, USB, Ethernet, and ideally industrial fieldbuses (e.g., EtherCAT)
  • Hands-on experience with mechanical motion control (DC/stepper/servo systems) and optical sensing technology is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Altium Designer.

 

Other requirement criteria

(Personal related competence as social competence, management competence, strategic competence, willingness to travel, etc.)

  • Strong ability to troubleshoot complex system-level issues that involve hardware/software interaction.
  • Proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
