Main Tasks:

- Architect and design multilayer PCBs and electronic schematics using Altium Designer, focusing on signal integrity and noise immunity in industrial environments.
- Design and optimize electrical control systems for high-speed mechanical motion, including motor drivers and sensor integration.
- Oversee product development from conceptual block diagrams to mass production, including component selection with a focus on long-term availability and industrial grading.
- Lead risk assessments and EMC testing to ensure equipment meets global standards, including CE, UL and international safety standards. Implement Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles.
- Develop test jigs and automated test equipment (ATE) to validate control system functions and ensure 100% quality assurance.
- Act as a subject matter expert, training production teams in precision wiring.
