ERP Operation Admin

Job Description
•Support the operation team (supply chain management, production, order processing) for the ERP related tasks including rollout, maintenance and improvement of the ERP system.

•Support operations functions to define and improve the current process, and successfully integrate actual process into the ERP operations with proper control and tracking
•Support various function in data management and document control, ensure accurate reporting based on the operational data
•Ensure Code of Conduct compliances

Job Requirements
Education

•Diploma in supply chain management / operation management
Work experience
•>3 years in ERP related operations, SAP HANA or similar experience is much appreciated
•Experience of working in industry automation or similar industrial environment
•Experience in manufacturing functions and processes is a must
Expertise and methodology
•Good working knowledge of ERP systems, SAP skills is preferred
•Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point)
•Knowledge of customer service / logistic principles and practices
•Knowledge of lean office methodology appreciated
Other requirement criteria
•Active listening skills
•English (Advanced Level), Chinese Mandarin (spoken level)
