Job description:

• Expertise on the optimize service onsite, bring the best performance of the machines to customers.
• Expertise on benchmark testing service onsite with systematic approach with detail analysis.
• Be the Specialist and contact windows for specified machines.
• Support onsite service on demand.
• Promote the machine spare parts/service contract onsite.
• Supporting Inhouse service/application service on demand.

Requirements:

• College degree from mechanical and electrical major
• At least three years’ experience in machine maintenance and repairing.
• Knowledge of high-tech or wire processing industry would be preferred.
• Able to write and speak in English
• Strong hands-on ability
• Basic Electrical knowledge
• Basic Office skills
• Self-motivated, outgoing, and good communication skills
• Knowledge of high-tech or wire processing industry would be a plus
