Job Description
- Conduct machine set-up and training at customers location.
- Provide after sales service support to our customers.
- Attend field service calls. This service will include site preparations, repair and preventive maintenance services, parts replacement, relocations, and modifications, etc., for warranty and after warranty services.
- Responsible for selling the service products to customer.
- Maintain the customer relationship and responsible for raising customer satisfaction.
- Onsite spare parts promotion.
- Complete the tasks which assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Colleague degree or above.
- At least three years’ experience in machine maintenance and repairing.
- Knowledge of high-tech or wire processing industry would be preferred.
- Good technical know-how in mechanical and electrical basics.
- Able to write and speak in English.
- Creative, capable of responsibility, good team player.
- Good computer skills are required.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel frequently.
