Job Description:
l Provide after sales service support to our customers. Including equipments setup, repair and preventive maintenance services, relocations, and modifications retrofit, etc., for warranty and after warranty services.
l Responsible for the first technical contact windows for customers for level 1 support, attend field service calls from customers.
l Responsible to promote the service products (service and spare parts package) to customer.
l Maintain the customer relationship and responsible for raising customer satisfaction by regular visiting customers.
l Support the service activities like service seminar, inhouse show, exhibition., etc.
l Complete other tasks which assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
l Colleague degree or above.
l At least three years’ experience in machine maintenance and repairing.
l Knowledge of high-tech or wire processing industry would be preferred.
l Good technical know-how in mechanical and electrical basics
l Able to write and speak in English
l Creative, capable of responsibility, good team player.
l Good computer skills are required.
l Able to work under pressure
l Willing to travel frequently
