Job Description:
·Develop China strategy for service and aftermarket with focus on growth. To design and define service offerings or products, ensure strategic alignment of Group and create opportunities for future growth.
·Creatively develop service products and align with global team, drive the activities and build up the service product management team to achieve growth targets.
·Lead the whole service team to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
·Act as a role model of implement customer visits to build up customer relations and explore potential business opportunities.
·Develop internal processes and external capabilities to improve response time professionally resolve customers’ matter.
·Collaborate with various departments/teams to drive specific outcomes and to deliver meaningful results.
·Build capabilities, skills and talent pipeline for services in the businesses to ensure consistency of service experience as well as preservation and transfer of knowledge.
·Other tasks as requested by management team.
Requirements:
·Bachelor or above Degree in an engineering or relevant field
·At least 10 years working experience in Service and/or Service Sales in MNC;
·Minimum 5 years of people leading experience.
·Better has commercial background
·Aptitude towards strategic thought
·Creativity
·Ability to decompose high-level information into details and apply sound business knowledge
·Strong execution ability, hands on mentality, result-oriented
·Good command of spoken and written English
·Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, verbal, written communication skills, used to work in matrix organization of international Groups
·Ability to operate in a fluid environment and being comfortable with change
·Ability to work under pressure
·Willing to travel frequently
