Job Descriptions:
- Bachelor degree
- Establish and achieve yearly sales objectives
- Acquires new accounts by researching and identifying potential customers in assigned region. visiting potential customers and reports back
- Works closely with Sales Manager to identify actions and priorities
- Submitting RFQ to Inside Sales and quotations to customer and monitoring due payment and following up closely with customers
- Establishes long-term, ongoing relationships with customers and their other partners and networks
- Analyze assigned regional market and competitive product landscape and identifies current and future market requirements and maintains up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that affect market
- Administers customer accounts, preparing sales reports, quarterly activity reports
- Manage and update CRM as a routing work
- Play a role as a consultant to promote product portfolio (especially the Engineering projects) to customers
- Complete the other issues released from the Management and other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Requirements:
- 5+ years field sales experience and have the knowhow about the Automotive market
- Has a natural drive to persuade customers after having acquired them
- Proven ability to achieve sales objectives
- Strong technical background, experience in high-tech marketing or product management is a plus
- The ideal candidate will be self motivated, quick to deliver and a team player
- Flexibility is a must
- Problem solving attitude
- Excellent communication/ presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Mother language Chinese mandarin
- Second language English, written and verbal, required
- Familiar with Microsoft office tool to make quotation, presentation etc.
- National & international travel required
- Ability to travel domestic (main part) and international (from time to time)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
