岗位职责Job Description

•    与销售、客户紧密沟通，深入理解市场需求和客户痛点，将其转化为明确的、可执行的产品技术规格和设计输入
Maintain close communication with sales and customers, deeply understand market demands and customer pain points, and translate them into clear, actionable product technical specifications and design inputs
•    为销售和售后团队提供高级别的产品技术培训和支持，应对复杂的客户技术咨询
Provide high-level product technical training and support for sales and after-sales teams, and respond to complex customer technical inquiries
•    主导或深度参与新产品的机械/结构设计；负责现有产品的持续改进与降本增效（VA/VE），提升产品竞争力
Lead or deeply participate in the mechanical/structural design of new products; oversee continuous improvement and cost-effective optimization (VA/VE) of existing products to enhance competitiveness
•    能参与结构、外观、传动、气动、等系统设计，并合理并规范选型标准件、外购件
Able to participate in the design of structural, appearance, transmission, pneumatic, and other systems, and select standard and purchased parts in a reasonable and standardized manner
•    创建和维护产品核心技术文件，包括BOM清单、装配作业指导书、测试规范、产品型录等。能独立提供国内或国外的产品培训
Create and maintain core product technical documents, including BOM lists, assembly work instructions, test specifications, and product catalogs. Capable of independently providing domestic or international product training.
•    与生产、装配部门紧密协作，解决生产过程中的技术问题，协助采购部门进行零部件供应商的技术评估与确认
Work closely with the production and assembly departments to solve technical problems in the production process .Assist the procurement department in conducting technical evaluations and confirmations of component suppliers
•    跟踪产品在市场中的表现，收集反馈，主导产品升级换代或EOL（生命周期结束）的技术决策
Track the performance of products in the market, collect feedback, and lead technical decisions for product upgrades or end-of-life (end-of-life).
•    有一定的动手能力能通过动手组装调试，来验证和优化设计方案
Have a certain hands-on ability to verify and optimize design solutions through hands-on assembly and debugging

任职要求Requirements

•    机械设计制造及其自动化、机电一体化等相关专业，本科及以上学历
Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Mechatronics or related majors
•    熟悉 SolidEdge（SolidWorks）或 AutoCAD、Pro/E 等至少一款三维设计软件
Familiar with at least one 3D design software such as SolidEdge (SolidWorks), AutoCAD, Pro/E, etc
•    熟悉机械原理、工程材料、公差与配合、机械加工工艺等基础知识
Familiar with basic knowledge of mechanical principles, engineering materials, tolerances and fit, mechanical processing technology, etc
•    具备独立完成整机或复杂模块设计的经验，有非标自动化设备设计经验者优先
Experience in independently completing complete machine or complex module designs, with priority given to non-standard automation equipment design experience
•    了解常见的标准件（如米思米、上隆）选型与应用
Understand the selection and application of common standard components (such as Mismi and Shanglong)
•    有五年以上相关工作经验者优先
More than five years of relevant work experience is preferred
•    英语说写能力优先
English speaking and writing skills is preferred
