· Evaluate invention disclosures to determine patentability and optimal protection strategies.

· Oversee growth and quality of patent portfolio.

· Drive the creation of IP with R&D, assess innovations and recommend suitable IP protection aligned with the strategy.

· Ensure Freedom to Operate (FtO) by Conducting FTO analyses and actions.

· Maintain and improve collaboration with external IP partners.

· Manage maintenance, oppositions, and nullity proceedings for parts of the IP portfolio.

· Assist Group Head IP in pre-litigation and litigation work.

· Promote IP awareness and networking within the organization.

· Track rival IP activities to inform strategy.

· Create IP policies and ensure compliance.

· Support licensing and IP-related contracts.
