Business Development Manager_Non-Automotive

Task & Responsibilities

1.    Continuous analysis of trends and customer needs in Non-Automotive (Aerospace/ Railway/ Industrail & Infrasturcture) market segment.

2.    Collaboration with internal team e.g. sales, PM to identify harness design/application trend in China Non-Automotive market and conclude findings into solid reports.

3.    Conducting market analyses through strategic discussions with key customers, market reports, internal and external studies, participation in relevant conferences, etc

4.    Summarizing customer needs into product requirements and business cases as a basis for the roadmap meeting

5.    Co-organization in the role of representing the Industrial market segment at Tech. Days, Experience Days, and trade fairs organized by Komax AG

6.    Establish networks in Non-Automotive market, including OEMs and harness manufacturers and organize seminars with them to deeply understand market trends and promote Komax solutions to them.

7.    Development and training of sales arguments, white papers, videos, example calculations, etc.

8.    Regular connection with global team for market and technology exchange.

 

Requirements:

1.    Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering related.

2.    MBA is preferred.

3.    >5 years in tech. sales or marketing related experience in automation electronics or harness manufacturing.

4.    Experience in Artificial Intelligence sector is preferred, especially in high-frequency and high- speed wires.

5.    Business English in spoken and written form

6.    Has profound knowledge in harness design or manufacturing.

7.    Can prepare and convey knowledge in an understandable way

8.    Can moderate workshops and knows the corresponding methodologies

9.    Analytical, structured, and networked thinking

10.  Can present well and inspire the audience

11.  Open and communicative, can approach people and build networks

12.  Independent, self-motivated, results-oriented work
