Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely phone support.
- Setup, install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on Komax machines in-house or at customer sites.
- Reviews and prepares parts and equipment for return to stock condition.
- Complete and provide all necessary documentation to customer, sales, and service supervisor and attach it to CRM for in-housework or work at customer sites in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer and unit history on CRM database.
- Input of interactions with customers, sales, etc. must be entered into the CRM database in a format that is clear and concise.
- Maintain a neat and organized environment at a desk, in-housework areas, and at customer sites.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments or personnel when the use of their equipment is needed.
- Relocation is not provided.
Education
Bachelor's degree in electronics or related experience required
Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with skills in training, installing and repairing various models of industrial micro-processor-controlled equipment
- Experience working with ERP and CRM systems preferred
Required Skills
- Bilingual (Spanish), preferred
- MS-Office
- General personal computer knowledge
- Must be able to read and comprehend electrical schematics and drawings
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Must have strong electro-mechanical aptitude
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Demonstrate high level of attention to detail when inspecting, trouble shooting and repairing units to ensure the work is accurate and complete
- Good manual dexterity, motor skills, vision and hearing
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds waist high alone and to handle up to 100lbs with assistance
- Prolonged standing, sitting, stooping, bending
- Frequent travel required
- Valid Passport
