Service Coordinator (Gurgaon)

Your remit

•   Coordinate all planned and unplanned service activities with the technician team.
•  Organize and schedule service operations to ensure timely execution.
• Ensure all required materials (spare parts, wear parts, and special tools) are shipped, prepared, and available on-site before service activities.
• Monitor the current capacity of the local service organization and maintain the service backlog.
• Manage service scheduling and dispatching.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers.
• Handle work order creation, tracking, and closure.
• Align technician schedules, tools, and resources for efficient service delivery.
• Resolve service-related issues and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of service activities.
• Support machine installations, commissioning, and demonstrations.
• Train customers and operators on machine usage and preventive maintenance.
• Follow up on payments and spare part orders.
• Submit timely reports as required.

Your profile

•  Graduate in Engineering 
• 2-8 years’ experience in a similar role
• Should possess good communication skills.
•  High level of customer orientation, resilience, and teamwork
• This role is not on Komax payroll. It will be through a third-party vendor.
