For our location in Pune, India we are looking for an experienced personality as a Senior Data Integration Engineer

You Remit

• Data Integration Architecture:

Competence and understanding to take over an existing, complex Azure cloud-based data integration and transformation architecture using technologies such as PySpark / Databricks, Cosmos DB, Azure Data Factory and terraform.

• Platform Development:

Continuous assessment and adjustment of the platform to respond to changing business requirements.

• Technical Leadership:

Leadership of the technical team and coordination of agile and iterative implementation to ensure effective solutions.

• Stakeholder Management:

Close and intensive collaboration with all stakeholders to collect and analyze requirements and ensure that integration solutions meet business goals and previous technical architecture.

• Close Collaboration with Operations Teams:

Strong teamwork ability and the ability to work closely with technical operators of existing and migrating CRM, ERP or PLM solutions and other involved systems to ensure a coherent data infrastructure and smooth integration processes.

• Quality Assurance:

Design and implementation of testing processes to ensure the functionality and stability of data integration solutions.

• Governance:

Work also with the data governance team to ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies

• Architecture:

Collaborate with data architects, modelers, and other Global IT team members

Your Profile: 7- 9 years of relevant experience

Expertise and methodology

• Complex Data Structures Analysis: Ability to deeply understand and analyze complex data structures across different systems.
• Data Modeling and Transformation: Competence in modeling and specifying data flows and transformations, adapted to the requirements of system migration.
• Project Management Skills: Skills in project management to technically lead and coordinate complex development projects.
• Communication Strength: Strong ability to explain complex technical content understandably for non-technicians and negotiate with them.
• Expertise in Cloud Technologies: Extensive knowledge of cloud technologies, especially Azure services like Data Factory, Databricks, and Cosmos DB.
• Experience with ERP, CRM or PLM Systems: Deep understanding of CRM / ERP / PLM platforms and their data management, as well as understanding business processes.
• Proven experience as a Data Integration Expert or similar role, with a strong background in designing and implementing integration solutions.
