Come join us! Cirris Inc, a leading manufacturer of electrical cable and harness test equipment, has an immediate opening for a Regional Sales Representative. The Regional Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the organization’s electrical testing products to manufacturing, MRO, government, and OEM customers within an assigned territory. This role focuses on identifying customer requirements, recommending appropriate product solutions, and developing professional relationships to support revenue growth and market presence. The position is expected to deliver a high standard of customer service while representing the company in a professional and compliant manner.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals within an assigned geographic territory.

Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities with manufacturing, MRO, government, and OEM customers.

Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to support repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate electrical testing products and solutions.

Prepare and deliver professional product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.

Negotiate pricing and contractual terms within established company guidelines.

Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, forecasting, pipeline management, and order processing.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts using company systems.

Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and customer trends to inform sales strategies.

Travel:

Position Requirements:
Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive B2B sales experience demonstrating independent judgment and accountability for results.

Experience selling industrial, electrical, technical, or capital equipment is preferred.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales revenue goals while managing an assigned territory with limited direct supervision.

Experience developing and executing sales strategies aligned with business objectives.

Ability to learn, understand, and communicate technical information related to electrical testing products and applications.

Experience delivering professional product demonstrations, presentations, and solution proposals is preferred.
