A Sales Administrator is responsible for overseeing the entire sales process, from receiving orders to delivering products or services, ensuring customer satisfaction and the efficiency of business operations. They play a key role in coordinating between sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure a smooth and error-free workflow. Main responsibilities will include managing customer orders, updating sales databases, preparing quotes and invoices, as well as tracking deliveries and payments. They will also be required to analyze sales performance, produce sales reports, and suggest improvements to optimize internal processes.
