Lead Full Stack Developer

You will be working on the Schleuniger Products.
Schleuniger, a Komax Group company, is a global technology leader headquartered in Thun, Switzerland. Founded in 1975, Schleuniger specializes in providing innovative solutions for wire processing and testing, including cutting, stripping, crimping, sealing, and marking of wires and cables. Their technologies serve a wide range of industries such as automotive, aerospace, telecommunications, medical technology, and industrial electronics. As part of this collaboration, you will be an integral member of the team, contributing to cutting-edge projects and representing Komax CoDE India on a global stage.

Your remit

• Take the ownership to mentor and lead the development efforts, guiding the team with your expertise and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Be part of and collaborate in an agile SCRUM environment
• Develop backend / full stack software for the future digital ecosystem of Schleuniger

Your profile

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience with international collaboration
  • Advantage if experience with working abroad
• Proven experience in an agile setup, preferred in scrum (EU or US, 5+ years)
  • Advantage if experience with working abroad
• Proven experience in an agile setup (5+ years, team size > 5), preferred in scrum
• Strong web server application development background (10+ years)
• Very strong motivation to work for a mechatronic system
• Focus on product development with long lifecycles
• High quality mindset
  • Clean Code, Clean Architecture, test automation
• Soft skills:

• Frequent travel to Switzerland could be needed to collaborate seamlessly with the team there

Technical Skills

Must Have

• Senior level experience in .NET 8.0 C# and later
• Experience with ASP.net core
• level experience in Angular
• Experience with relational databases
• Experience with CI/CD
• Experience with Docker

Good To Have 

• Experience with development for cloud applications
