Data Engineer

Your remit

• Assist in designing and building data integration workflows using Azure and Microsoft Fabric tools
• Develop and optimize data pipelines for efficient data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
• Implement machine learning models and analytics solutions in collaboration with the Senior Data Engineer.
• Support the creation of interactive data visualizations and reports for stakeholders using tools like Power BI.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
• Contribute to the implementation of data governance and security practices

Your profile

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Solid experience of 3-4 years in building and optimizing data pipelines.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modelling techniques.
• Familiarity with Azure tools such as Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience in data warehousing principles and data integration processes.
• Good understanding of data governance, quality, and security best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with a team-oriented mindset.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
