Pay range and compensation package
Compensation: $62,500 - $83,200, plus bonus opportunity.

Job Description
- Perform machine testing of application machines to ensure customers’ needs/ requirements are met. Document issues found on wire processing equipment and coordinate between departments to get issues resolved.
- Be a technical liaison between Engineering, Shop Floor, and project management.
- Work with the Brookfield engineering department to provide level 2 technical support for the service team members. Be the organizer of high-level technical requests for the Brookfield location and work with engineering, manufacturing, and project management to diagnose and provide solutions.
- Evaluate and troubleshoot wire processing equipment utilizing schematics, drawings, tests, and tools to support manufacturing department
- Perform machine Inspection prior to shipment to the customer in a timely manner. Document issues found on wire processing equipment and coordinate between departments to get issues resolved.
- Perform and document customer sample material evaluation and feasibility tests. This includes assisting with quoting and providing concepts/ evaluations when necessary. Maintain organization of in-house customer samples
- Perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with customers.
- Perform Statistical Process Control (SPC) when necessary.
- Support road show and other exhibitions.
Requirements
Associate degree in electro/mechanical, electrical/electronic certificate, or related experience
>3 years of experience in electro-mechanical repairs
>3 years experience in capital equipment manufacturing environment
>3 years of experience in an engineered to order environment (custom applications), preferred
Customer service experience preferred
Must be able to read and comprehend mechanical assembly drawings, pneumatic/electrical schematics and drawings
Proficiency in troubleshooting
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, knowledge of design, and best practices.
Strong understanding of time management. Approach tasks with organization, prioritization, and urgency.
Bilingual (Spanish, preferred) is a plus.
