Salesforce Functional Consultant
We are seeking a Salesforce Functional Consultant to support the effective use, continuous improvement, and delivery of our Salesforce platform. This role works closely with the Salesforce Platform Owner and business stakeholders to translate business needs into practical, scalable Salesforce solutions.
 
This position will be located in our Manchester, NH office (not a remote position). 
 
What You’ll Do
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design Salesforce solutions that support business needs.
  • Configure Salesforce features such as flows, validation rules, custom objects, security settings, reports, and dashboards.
  • Support data mapping, migration, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
  • Help manage agile delivery activities, including backlog refinement, testing coordination, deployment support, and user adoption.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance to users and maintain documentation and training materials.
  • Act as a backup to the Salesforce Platform Owner when needed, helping prioritize requests and support operational decisions.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–7+ years of experience working with Salesforce in an administrator, business analyst, or functional consultant role.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant certification is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
  • Strong Salesforce configuration skills, including flows, validation rules, custom objects, permission sets, reports, and dashboards.
  • Experience gathering business requirements, documenting user stories, analyzing processes, and supporting solution design.
  • Practical experience with data migration, data quality, and tools such as Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working in agile environments and using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
