Contribute to the planning and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns. Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials, ensuring consistent messaging across teams. Monitor campaign performance and report on ROI. 

Coordinate advertising placements across various media channels. Assist in drafting compelling content and press releases, and maintain strong relationships with media contacts to enhance public relations initiatives. 

Manage social media activities, including scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content. Engage with followers and analyze performance metrics for reporting purposes. 

Assist with lead generation efforts by qualifying, distributing, and tracking leads to ensure timely follow-up by the sales team. 

Assist in organizing and executing trade shows, sales meetings, and regional open houses, including pre-event promotion and post-event analysis.  

Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with brand standards and messaging guidelines.  

Provide additional support as needed, including assisting the sales team during peak periods when marketing activities are lighter. 

Maintain high performance standards in alignment with company objectives. Adhere to company policies and procedures as outlined in quality system documentation, safety manuals, and employee handbooks.
