- Prepare quotations, provide technical clarifications, verify contracts, confirm orders, manage shipments, and handle export agreements for all BU cable products.
- Respond promptly to emails, phone calls, or mobile messages from customers.
- Monitor all relevant project deadlines for machine shipments, including material deliveries, acceptance coordination, and on-time dispatch.
- Process leads and opportunities by coordinating the exchange of information between customers, sales, and supply units. Generate sales reports.
- Support sales with technical clarifications within the respective Centers of Competence (CoC).
- Assist in resolving various technical issues in coordination with customer service, product management, and sales.
- Manage and coordinate internal feasibility test requests from material arrival to presentation of test results.
- Follow up on customer payments based on order terms.
- Organize and manage feasibility tests with the supply unit.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by tracking orders from entry to fulfillment and communicating customer expectations.
- Meet departmental and organizational goals by taking ownership of new and varied requests; exploring opportunities to add value to work achievements.
- Act independently and in accordance with process definitions and company guidelines; while providing customers with excellent response service.
- Control showroom items and demo products with sales representatives and customers, including signed responsibility letters and/or contracts.
