Field Service Engineer

•     Provide remote technical support to users.
•     Install, adjust, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on Komax equipment both at Komax facilities and at customer factories.
•     Prepare and execute runs on Komax equipment according to customer-supplied specifications.
•     Keep CRM system records up to date when communicating with customers.
•     Maintain work areas clean and organized.
•     Perform other assigned activities.
•     Focus efforts on achieving the objectives set for each period.
•     Comply with company policies and procedures established within the Quality Management System.
•     Identify necessary parts to carry out repairs on Komax equipment.
•     Prepare service visit reports.
