We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Executive in Supply Chain Management (SCM) to join our dynamic team. This role plays a critical function in overseeing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of products and services.

As a Sr. Executive- SCM, you will collaborate closely with various internal departments including procurement, production, logistics, and sales to align supply chain operations with the overall business objectives. Your expertise will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, risk management, and the adoption of best practices within the supply chain function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business goals and enhance operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality sourcing, timely delivery, and adherence to contractual obligations.
• Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify bottlenecks, forecast demand, and enhance cost savings.
• Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving supply chain processes and reducing risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the supply chain network.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of supply chain management software and tools.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on supply chain performance and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is required. Advanced certification (e.g., CSCP, APICS) is a plus.
• Proven experience of several years in supply chain management roles within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across teams and with external partners.
• Proficiency in supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
