Service Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our equipment and systems operate at peak performance, providing crucial technical support and maintenance services to our clients. Your expertise will help maintain the reliability and efficiency of our products, directly impacting customer satisfaction and company success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of technical equipment and machinery at client sites or remotely.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and extend lifespan.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner, utilizing technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as engineering, product development, and customer support to communicate service feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Provide training and technical guidance to clients’ staff to ensure proper use and care of the equipment.
  • Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation in line with company standards.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance service capabilities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Relevant technical degree or diploma in engineering, electronics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in servicing, repairing, and maintaining complex technical equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and computer-based reporting systems.
  • Flexibility to travel to client locations and adapt to varying working environments.
