Sales coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the sales department by coordinating sales activities, ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and clients, and facilitating the overall sales process.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing sales documentation, processing orders, scheduling meetings, and tracking sales performance metrics. You will collaborate closely with sales representatives, marketing, and customer service teams to help meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the sales team in their daily activities to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and process sales orders, contracts, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer information, sales data, and inventory levels using CRM and other sales software.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and pricing lists.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and sales events ensuring all logistics are taken care of.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor sales performance and support the generation of reports to inform management decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales goals are aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related software tools.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage deadlines efficiently.
