Operation - Executive

Your remit

  • Documentation and report prepared as required.
  • Email writing, letter writing skills are mandatory.
  • Responsible for harmonising and monitoring supply chain operations.
  • GRN Creation
  • Sap process Work
  • Maintain in spare part rack and office things  
  • Handling stationery and pantry items
  • Assisting with the service team for machine service inside the office

 

Your profile

  •   1-3 years’ experience in similar role
  •   Excellent communication skill (English in word and writing)
  •  Efficient in MS Office / PPT
  •  High level of customer orientation, resilience, and teamwork
  • This role will be on third party payroll .
