Finance executive

Finance - Executive

Your remit

  • Documentation and report prepared as required.
  • Email writing, letter writing skills are mandatory.
  • Daily transactional job – Including Custom duties payments, E-bond at ICEGATE Portal , Entering Custom Duties payment in Financial Software (Currently Tally, in future directly in SAP)
  • Domestic Accounts payable- Entering all vendor payments in Online bank portal. With increase in local vendor due to application business, daily 15 to 20 payments to vendors / employees to be done.
  • Support in Purchase entries .
  • Warranty shipment entries in Financial software (currently Tally, in future directly in SAP)
  • Assisting finance team in  transactional jobs. Viz. Receipt entries etc.

 

Your profile

  •   1-3 years’ experience in similar role
  •   Excellent communication skill (English in word and writing)
  •  Efficient in MS Office / PPT
  •  High level of customer orientation, resilience, and teamwork
  • This role will be on third party payroll .
