Executive - Sales Support

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive - Sales Support to join our dynamic team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the sales department operates smoothly and efficiently, enabling our sales professionals to focus on building strong client relationships and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the sales team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing sales reports.
  • Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless workflows and timely project delivery.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and documentation to support sales forecasting and strategy development.
  • Monitor sales processes and identify areas for improvement to optimize efficiency and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to process sales orders, invoices, and ensure timely payments follow up.
  • Support the planning and execution of sales events, promotional activities, and training sessions to bolster team performance and market presence.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales support, administrative roles, or related fields within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the capacity to anticipate sales team needs and proactively address challenges.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism.
