Pay range and compensation package 

Compensation: $25 - 40/hour, based on industry experience, plus bonus opportunity.

Field Service Engr - Georgia

Responsibilities 

  • Provide accurate and timely phone support.
  • Setup, install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on Komax machines in-house or at customer sites.
  • Complete and provide all necessary documentation to customer, sales, and service supervisor and attach it to CRM for in-housework or work at customer sites in a timely manner.
  • Maintain customer and unit history on CRM database.
  • Input of interactions with customers, sales, etc. must be entered into the CRM database in a format that is clear and concise.
  • Maintain a neat and organized environment at a desk, in-housework areas, and at customer sites.
  • Communicate and coordinate with other departments or personnel when the use of their equipment is needed.
  • Relocation is not provided.

Qualifications 

  • Certificate in electronics or related experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience with skills in training, installing and repairing various models of industrial micro-processor-controlled equipment

Required Skills 

  • Bilingual (Spanish), preferred
  • MS-Office
  • General personal computer knowledge, ERP experience
  • Must be able to read and comprehend electrical schematics and drawings
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Demonstrate high level of attention to detail when inspecting, trouble shooting and repairing units to ensure the work is accurate and complete
  • Good manual dexterity
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Prolonged standing, sitting, stooping, bending
  • Frequent travel - 50 - 75% (Most travel consists of overnight stays)
  • Valid Passport

Preferred Skills 

Customer service experience preferred.
