1. In order to ensure that customer orders are produced in accordance with the deadlines, production planning is carried out through TPS after the necessary material stock control, all orders with the status of “production to be planned” in SAP are converted into production orders and published and distributed to the relevant production points.
2. Daily updating of the designed module recipes in the production orders so that the purchasing department can see the recipes of the products and create a purchase request.
3. Transferring the production days of the planning made in TPS to SAP on a daily basis so that the purchasing department can see in advance which material will be needed and when and take action.
4. Ensuring that the procurement process is initiated by the Material Planning and Purchasing department if there is not enough stock of the required material in order to implement the production plan without interruption or to update the deadline given to the customer when necessary.
5. In order to ensure that customer orders are produced in accordance with the deadlines, correcting the specification errors detected during the assembly process and ensuring that PPC immediately corrects the specification in order to quickly adapt to the production plan.
6. In order to ensure that the production plan continues without interruption, meetings are held with the relevant departments and the departments (Module Assembly, CNC, Warehouse, SI, CAD, CAM, Purchasing, RW) are informed about the plan, and the process of taking the necessary actions in terms of the production of modules / tables etc. that are behind the planned according to TPS (production tracking) is coordinated.
7. Ensuring that the modules/desks etc. whose orders are canceled are removed from the SAP system and the unnecessary procurement process is stopped so that the inventory cost does not increase due to surplus materials.
8. In order to plan the current situation and new orders, discussing with the Production and Planning Manager the issue of producing the order(s) in other TAF locations when necessary in parallel with the capacity density, and receiving/transferring information updates by making Skype and tele-conference calls with the TAF DE PPC department when necessary during the planning process.
