We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CNC Bench Worker to join our manufacturing team. This role is integral to our production process, focusing on the precision machining and assembly of components using computer numerical control (CNC) equipment.
As a CNC Bench Worker, you will collaborate closely with our engineering and quality assurance teams to ensure that all machined parts meet strict specifications and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce metal or plastic parts according to detailed technical drawings and blueprints.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience operating CNC machinery or working as a machine tool operator is preferred but not required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
- Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges effectively.
