Engineer - Service

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Engineer - Service to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service engineering support that ensures the optimal performance and reliability of our products and systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, addressing issues promptly and effectively.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance to resolve service-related challenges.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of service activities, technical procedures, and customer interactions.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior engineers and service technicians.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in service processes and contribute to the development of best practices.
• Support product installations and system upgrades, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent technical training and relevant experience.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues across various systems.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
