Job Duties - 

• Provide accurate and timely phone support.
• Set up, install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on Komax machines in-house or at customer sites.
• Reviews and prepares parts and equipment for return to stock condition.
• Complete and provide all necessary documentation to customer, sales, and service supervisor and attach it to CRM for in-house work or work at customer sites in a timely manner.
• Maintain customer and unit history on the CRM database.
• Input of interactions with customers, sales, etc., must be entered into the CRM database clearly and concisely.
• Maintain a neat and organized environment at a desk, in-house work areas, and at customer sites.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments or personnel when equipment is needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Assists in machine maintenance training for our customers, sales representatives, and new employee orientation.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures as stated in the quality system documentation manual, the safety manual, and the employee handbook.

Education - 

Bachelor's degree in electronics or related experience required.

Work Experience - 

• Customer service experience preferred
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with skills in training, installing, and repairing various models of industrial micro-processor-controlled equipment preferred
• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems preferred

Expertise - 

• Bilingual (Spanish), preferred
• MS-Office
• General personal computer knowledge
• Must be able to read and comprehend electrical schematics and drawings
• Strong electro-mechanical aptitude
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Must have a strong mechanical aptitude.
• Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail when inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing units to ensure the work is accurate and complete. 
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds waist high alone and to handle up to 100lbs with assistance. 
• Prolonged standing, sitting, stooping, and bending.
• Good manual dexterity, fine motor skills, vision, and hearing
• Frequent travel required.
• Valid Passport.
