Service Engineer

 

As a Service Engineer for Schleuniger, a Komax Company, you will provide technical support within the designated territory by maintaining contact with established customers, providing customers with technical support and training, and acting as a liaison between the customer and the company.

 

This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, working in the office at our El Marques, QRO , Mexico location.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair Schleuniger machines (electro-mechanical and pneumatic).
  • Provide technical support for customers, employees, and sales representatives.
  • Travel for field service repairs at the customer’s location and repair machines at the office.
  • Provide systems (hardware and software) troubleshooting as required for CST machines.
  • Provide machine operator and maintenance training for our customers and sales representatives.
  • Ensure proper documentation is processed and all systems are kept current as instructed.
  • Maintain and optimize a set parts inventory limit.

 

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline strongly preferred; additional directly related experience may be substituted for years of education.
  • Strong software skills and electro-mechanical aptitude required.
  • Minimum five years of relevant experience
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish (both verbal and written)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Computer skills required.
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Multi-tasking capability and excellent follow-up skills.
  • Team-oriented with strong customer service skills.
  • Valid Driver’s License and Passport required.
