Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the Serial Production Team
  • Set up, adjust, and optimize production machines in accordance with production orders within your area of responsibility
  • Ensure and continuously improve efficiency within the production area
  • Maintain and oversee preventive maintenance and servicing schedules for production machinery, tools, equipment, and auxiliary resources
  • Monitor, support, and contribute to the continuous development of machines, manufacturing methods, and processes to improve quality and increase efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and collaborate with Quality Management in preparing and maintaining related documentation
  • Actively participate in production activities to meet defined production targets and product specifications
  • Handle customer complaints in cooperation with the Quality Management team
  • Ensure adherence to the quality management system in collaboration with Quality Management
  • Support the creation, implementation, and maintenance of work instructions
  • Ensure achievement of production targets and operational objectives
  • Document, monitor, analyze, and improve defined key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Actively contribute to Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) initiatives and optimization projects (KVP)

 

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training as a Machine and Plant Operator, Cutting Machine Operator (CNC Machinist), Mechatronics Technician, or a comparable technical qualification
  • Ideally, practical experience in the maintenance and servicing of production equipment and machinery
  • Further qualification as a State-Certified Technician or Master Craftsman is an advantage
  • Willingness to work in a shift environment
  • Strong technical understanding combined with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to confidently read and interpret technical drawings
  • Basic knowledge of electrical engineering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Forklift licence is desirable but not essential

The position is initially offered on a fixed-term basis for one year. Following a successful collaboration, there is an attractive opportunity for permanent employment.
