To support the continued growth of the WUSTEC organization within our Sales Support / Order Management Center, we are looking to strengthen our team at the earliest possible date. Initially, the position is offered on a one-year fixed-term contract, with an attractive prospect of permanent employment. Our goal is to continue providing our customers with outstanding service, fast quotations, reliable feedback, and excellent project support.

 

 

Your Responsibilities

• Preparing cost calculations and quotations based on customer inquiries
• Managing and supporting customer projects, such as product launches, customer-specific requirements, or the implementation of Just-in-Time (JIT) delivery concepts
• Supporting the Site Manager in the development and continuous improvement of costing models, as well as the creation of KPIs and performance analyses
• Assisting the Sales team with special projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Creating and processing customer orders in ERP systems and WireMind
• Preparing, printing, and distributing production orders
• Supporting production planning, scheduling, and capacity management
• Serving as the central point of contact for customers regarding orders, delivery dates, order tracking, and technical clarifications
• Creating delivery notes and invoices
• Ensuring material availability to support smooth order fulfillment processes
• Handling and tracking customer complaints and claims

 

Your Profile

• Successfully completed a commercial or business-related vocational training program, or training in a production or electrical engineering environment with a strong focus on administrative and organizational tasks
• Technical understanding and basic knowledge of electrical engineering are considered an advantage
• Confident user of ERP systems and standard Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and spoken German skills
• Good English skills are desirable
• Structured, independent, and quality-focused way of working
• Strong team spirit, reliability, and flexibility
• Customer- and service-oriented mindset with a solution-driven approach
