Pay range and compensation package
Compensation: $25-40/hour, based on industry experience, plus bonus opportunity.

The technician will be traveling 50% mainly across US and Canada and occasionally Mexico.
We are looking for someone willing to travel, with knowledge in electronics, mechanics and automation systems. Strong work ethic, teamwork and pro-active attitude, the technician will be in direct contact with customers. A period of training will be held first in house where the technician will receive basic knowledge on the equipment then on the field where he will assist senior technician and learn from experience in real context. After that period the technician will be in charge of the installation and maintenance of marker equipment and guarantee the satisfaction of the customer.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
In the field duties

Complete preventive and curative maintenance.

Installation and training of operator and maintenance staff.

Ensure safety practices are respected.

Reporting and address open points.
In house duties
-
Follow up on customer needs.
-
Test and repair defective parts.
-
Prepare visits including kitting and coordinate service with customers.

Process paperwork.
-
Support continuous improvement activities.
The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, energetic, and a self-motivated team player with good communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
