Pay range and compensation package
$25-40/hour, based on industry experience, plus bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely phone support.
- Set up, install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on Komax machines in-house or at customer sites.
- Reviews and prepares, parts and equipment for return to stock condition.
- Complete and provide all necessary documentation to customer, sales, and service supervisor and attach it to CRM for in-house work or work at customer sites in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer and unit history on the CRM database.
- Input of interactions with customers, sales, etc., must be entered into the CRM database clearly and concisely.
- Maintain a neat and organized environment at a desk, in-house work areas, and at customer sites.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments or personnel when equipment is needed.
- Relocation not provided.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in electronics or related experience required
Qualifications/Experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with skills in training, installing and repairing various models of industrial micro-processor-controlled equipment
- Experience working with ERP and CRM systems preferred
- Customer Service experience preferred
Required Skills
- Bilingual (Spanish), preferred.
- MS-Office.
- General personal computer knowledge.
- Must be able to read and comprehend electrical schematics and drawings.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Must have a strong electro-mechanical aptitude.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail when inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing units to ensure the work is accurate and complete.
- Good manual dexterity, fine motor skills, vision, and hearing.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds waist high alone and to handle up to 100lbs with assistance.
- Prolonged standing, sitting, stooping, and bending.
- Frequent travel required.
- Valid Passport.
