Internal Sales
  • Perform commercial department activities and prepare all relevant documents in accordance with company procedures and legal requirements using the SAP ERP system.
  • Process and monitor sales offers, customer orders, supplier orders, deliveries, and invoices
  • Record goods receipts, supplier invoices, and customer deliveries in SAP
  • Monitor and follow up on delivery performance and customer orders
  • Coordinate order placement with suppliers and ensure timely execution
  • Create and maintain master data in SAP, including new materials and customer records
  • Communicate weekly delivery schedules and updates to customers
  • Liaise with customs authorities and logistics partners regarding import and export activities.
