Managing and developing the existing client portfolio
• Monitors all project / order relevant due dates for machine shipments from on time material deliveries, handover, acceptance coordination and shipments
• Presenting, promoting and selling products in accordance with the company's commercial standards and policies;
• Monitoring the achievement of the sales plan monthly, quarterly, annually
• Coordinates information exchange between customers, sales and CoC.
• Planning and carrying out customer visits
• Periodically carrying out market surveys and permanent monitoring of competition and customer satisfaction.
• Manages internal coordination of feasibility test requests from material arrival up to testing result presentation; arranges and manages feasibility tests with the respective CoC
• Secures active customer relation data management with up to date lead and opportunity management from agents/ distributors
• Marketing activities – involvement into different activities such as presentation/newsletter preparation, post on Linkedin (company account).
