Pay range and compensation package 

Compensation: $23 - 27/hour, based on industry experience, plus bonus opportunity.

Electrical Assembler

Job Duties

  • Assembles electrical materials and parts to produce functional electrical systems
  • Route and terminate cables
  • Sub-assemble electrical components
  • Place and mount electrical components as part of complex cabinet building
  • Reading electrical wiring diagrams and completing cabling between components according to electrical standards
  • Record production quantities and time
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of necessary products in workstation

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Related associate degree preferred

 

Work Experience –

Two to three years in a manufacturing environment

 

Expertise and methodology –

  • Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematic drawings, and diagrams to determine assembly instructions and material requirements
  • Proficient with a variety of manual and power tools
  • Basic math skills and ability to follow step by step procedures
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Microsoft Office
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Occasional overtime
  • Prolonged standing, bending and sitting are all required
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to drive and operate a forklift
  • Good manual dexterity
