Pay range and compensation package
Compensation: $70,000 – $85,000/annually, based on industry experience, plus bonus opportunity.

Job Description -
- Serve as the primary technical expert for assigned Komax product lines, providing direction on product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to support sales targets.
- Lead product support and development efforts, including market analysis, product testing, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop high-quality product materials, including manuals, advertisements, brochures, and other sales collateral.
- Conduct application testing and demonstrations to validate product performance and ensure alignment with customer requirements and specifications.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Service, Engineering, and Procurement teams to drive product success and deliver complete customer solutions.
- Design and implement training programs and develop sales enablement tools to equip the field sales team with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively promote assigned product lines.
- Accurately capture and translate customer requirements into system configurations and quotations, ensuring precision and efficiency throughout the sales process.
- Maintain demo software to the highest operational and presentation standards, ensuring readiness for customer demonstrations and internal use.
Education -
Bachelor's degree in computer science and technology or equivalent experience
Work experience -
5 years' experience in a capital equipment manufacturing environment
Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales/marketing
Requirements -
- Personal computer knowledge of MS Office
- Good knowledge of the metric measuring system
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Prolonged sitting and standing (trade shows)
