Pay range and compensation package 

Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000/annually, based on industry experience, plus bonus opportunity.

Digital Analyst Software Engineer

Job Duties

 

  • Guide new customers through the setup and use of WIRE Mind and other digital tools
  • Conduct customized training sessions and provide comprehensive documentation to ensure users are fully equipped in using the tools provided
  • Analyze customer workflows and develop digital enhancements using Wire2go’s solutions
  • Support customers in integrating Wire2go’s wire harness solutions into their production lines
  • Work with customers to develop customized software applications providing networking of Komax equipment within customer digital work environment
  • Provide first-line support for digital tools, resolving issues or escalating as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer insights and support the continuous improvement of products and services
  • Support customers in improving their use of digital tools and processes to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness
  • Track customer engagement and satisfaction to identify areas for improvement and added value

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related experience

 

 

Work experience

  • Data management experience
  • Experience with electrical wiring diagrams and schematics

 

 

Expertise and methodology

 

  • Familiarity with control cabinet construction, wire harnessing, or industrial automation is a plus

 

 

Other requirement criteria

 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Skills in Visual Basic for Application or similar programming
  • Strong skills in Excel macros
  • SAP4HC a plus
